Restaurants Offer Warm Welcomes to Seniors
Rising food and gas prices are hitting families hard. Many are seeing the value of their houses decline. Some worry about possible job loss or cutbacks. So it's not surprising that optional expenses such as restaurant meals are one of the first budget cuts made. It doesn't take a survey to see that many local eateries are less crowded.

Opportunities For Seniors Are Popping Up All Over
According to the astronomical definition, spring officially began on March 21 and lasts until June 20 in the northern hemisphere. My Chicago in-laws consider May Day the start of their shortest season, and my Nebraska relatives expect spring sometime soon or anytime after the last snow. Obviously, spring is variable.
